What are clients saying about Boardwalk Homecare?

One of the primary goals at Boardwalk Homecare is to increase our customer service and awareness. As a direct result, we decided some years ago to institute Client Surveys. These surveys are brief in nature but allow Boardwalk Homecare to rate our:  

a) office staff,
b) case managers,
c) home health aides,
d) response time and
e) overall quality of service.

We recently started sending surveys out to our clients through email. The data is then aggregated through a third party provider.

By continually rating our services, Boardwalk Homecare can become more efficient by targeting areas that need attention. Our mission is to help families achieve live-in home care success including those who elect to hire Boardwalk Homecare as their trusted provider.
